Mark Kronforst is an Associate Director - Disclosure Operations in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mark is a former Deputy Chief Accountant in the Division and also served as a Branch Chief and Assistant Chief Accountant in the Office of Information Technologies and Services. He joined the Division as a Staff Accountant in 2004. Before joining the Division, Mark worked for a large SEC registrant as the Director of Financial Reporting and as an audit senior manager in KPMG's Silicon Valley and Minneapolis offices.
