Marc Cavan focuses his practice on patent litigation across a range of technologies, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He has handled significant litigation involving cardiovascular stents, cardiac catheters, minimally invasive surgical devices, anesthetic drugs, and pharmaceuticals to treat diseases such as cancer and asthma. He also has experience in intellectual property litigation involving software, web browser technology, data processing, automotive components, and various consumer products. Marc has litigated patent disputes in a number of federal district courts around the country. His experience includes jury trials, ANDA litigation, arbitrations, and appeals before the Federal Circuit.
