Mary Christine Graff (Christi) received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Creighton University in 1991, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1994, where she was the comment editor for the University of Chicago Law School Roundtable.
Ms. Graff joined Winston & Strawn LLP in 1998 and is a partner in the real estate group. Ms. Graff has assisted clients throughout the country in a wide range of real estate and finance matters, including commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and joint venture transactions, project finance, commercial leasing, secured lending, and renewable energy transactions, including solar and wind development projects.
Ms. Graff is a member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association, and served from 2002-2004 as co-chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. Ms. Graff received the David C. Hilliard Award for Outstanding Service as co-chair of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section.
Ms. Graff is the author of articles on real estate matters such as purchases and sales, and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on a wide variety of real estate topics including purchase and sale, loan and leasing transactions.
Ms. Graff has been selected as an "Illinois Super Lawyer" from 2005 - 2011.
