Prior to joining the IRS, Lisa spent 6 years as an Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson, in Washington D.C., where she specialized in domestic and international reorganizations, incorporations, and liquidations; corporate distributions and redemptions; and taxable acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to that, Lisa was an Associate in the Tax Group at Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan in Washington, D.C.
