Linda DeBruin (formerly Linda Resh) is a partner in the intellectual property department of Kirkland's Chicago office. Linda serves as lead counsel in numerous intellectual property litigation matters in courts across the country in a variety of different technical fields. Linda focuses her practice on patent litigation with a special interest in computer and communication related matters. In 2012, Linda was selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Linda worked for eight years at AT&T - Bell Laboratories as a computer scientist and engineer, designing digital switching systems for international applications.
