Linda Kenepaske

Linda Kenepaske, who has been practicing immigration law in New York City for more than twenty years, represents private and corporate clients in all aspects of immigration law, including family, business, naturalization, and removal defense.  She enjoys practicing at the intersection of immigration and criminal law. Ms. Kenepaske is very active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) at the local and national levels and previously served as the chair of the national AILA/Executive Office of Immigration Review Liaison Committee. She also served as the chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Ms. Kenepaske frequently writes and speaks on immigration related topics.
