Kieran J. Fallon joined The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. as Chief Counsel Regulatory Affairs in May 2011. Prior to joining PNC, Mr. Fallon served as Associate General Counsel for Legislation and Special Projects with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C.  While at the Federal Reserve Board, Mr. Fallon played a key role in the development and implementation of numerous significant legislative and regulatory initiatives during the past two decades, including the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010, the Federal Reserve's response to the financial crisis, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999.  Mr. Fallon also served as General Counsel to the Financial Stability Oversight Board, one of the Federal oversight bodies for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), from 2008 to March 2011. He is a recognized expert in a wide range of subjects under the Federal banking laws, and a regular speaker at industry conferences on regulatory reform and financial services regulation. Mr. Fallon received his J.D. magna cum laude from New York University in 1992, and his B.S. in Foreign Service summa cum laude from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in 1988.  Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Board in 1995, Mr. Fallon served as an associate in the financial services practice group of the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster.
