Ken Kempson is Senior Tax Counsel for the General Electric Company in Stamford, CT. His responsibilities include defending the GE tax return in IRS Audits. His current practice also encompasses issues regarding transaction planning, privilege, Form UTP and FIN 48. Prior to joining GE, Ken served as IRS Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (Domestic). He is a graduate of M.I.T. and the University of Virginia School of Law.
