Kathleen M. Collins joined the Division of Corporation Finance in July 1999. She is an Accounting Branch Chief in the Information Technologies and Services industry group. Prior to joining the staff of the SEC, Ms. Collins spent nine years as Controller of Interchange Bank, a medium-sized commercial bank in New Jersey. She also spent 4 years with a New Jersey public accounting firm that specialized in banking clients. Ms. Collins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.
