Katherine Darras is General Counsel, Americas, and the Head of Equity, FX and Interest Rate Legal at ISDA based in the New York office. Ms. Darras joined ISDA in 2001 and is responsible for documentation and legal projects in equity, foreign exchange and interest rate areas. In addition, she covers legal, regulatory and policy matters in Canada and Latin America. Before joining ISDA, Ms. Darras was an associate at Christy & Viener in New York, where she worked in the financial institutions group.

Ms. Darras holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario, an LL.B. from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario and is a member of the New York Bar.
