Kai Lee is an Associate General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer responsible for legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Viking in 2009, she was a Vice President and Counsel at Lehman Brothers, including a period at Barclays Capital, with a particular focus on credit derivative products. Prior to Lehman Brothers, she was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP where she worked on corporate, securities and derivatives matters. Ms. Lee graduated from Harvard Law School and Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
