Graduated from Cornell University. Graduated from Syracuse University College of Law. Is a Principal Staff Attorney with the Departmental Disciplinary Committee, First Judicial Department investigating and prosecuting professional misconduct by attorneys. In 2011, she was designated to head up the investigation and prosecution of attorneys who practice immigration law involving allegations of professional misconduct. Part of her duties and responsibilities include screening every complaint filed with the Committee against immigration attorneys to determine whether furthers investigation is needed or recommendation of dismissal is appropriate. She is also involved with the Katzmann Study Group and is also a member of the NYSBA Special Committee on Immigration Representation.
