Judith Bresler is an attorney at law in private practice in New York City and an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. She earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. degree from New York Law School, where she was on the Law Review. Judith specializes in art and entertainment law and has served as a business developer for Swann Galleries, a legal consultant to Christie’s auction house, and formerly as a Vice President of Business Affairs with MGM/UA Corporation. Prior to that she was a General Attorney with the American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. She has published and lectured extensively in the art and entertainment law fields. She is currently on the Executive Committee of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, New York State Bar Association. She is married to Ralph E. Lerner and lives in Scarsdale, New York.
