Joshua B. Deringer is a partner with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP’s Investment Management Group. Josh’s practice primarily involves counseling organizations involved in the investment management industry. His clients include registered investment companies, hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles, and investment advisers. Josh’s experience involves organizing, counseling and reorganizing registered and unregistered investment companies, including open and closed-end funds, multiple class funds, master feeder funds, and registered and unregistered fund of funds. Josh received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2000, and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.
