Joesph Krolikowski's primary areas of practice are public finance and tax. Mr. Krolikowski was on the staff of the Tax Legislative Counsel’s office at the United States Department of the Treasury from 1984 through 1986, where he was responsible for tax-exempt bond matters in the President’s proposals for tax reform that culminated in the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Mr. Krolikowski is a summa cum laude graduate in 1974 from Temple University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Krolikowski received his law degree in 1977 from Harvard Law School. He is a member of NABL and the bar of the State of Pennsylvania.
