Jonathan Neuville is a tax associate at Linklaters LLP, where he has experience working on U.S. and international tax matters for multi-national corporations, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and liquidations. Prior to entering private practice, Jonathan was an Assistant Branch Chief in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (Corporate). He earned his LL.M. (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center, in 2011 and his J.D. (cum laude) from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University in 2007.
