Jonathan A. Ingram is the Deputy Chief Counsel in the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to joining the Commission in 1998, Mr. Ingram clerked for the Honorable Donald S. Russell on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from The American University, Washington College of Law, where he was an editor of the American University Law Review. He earned his B.A. from Washington & Lee University.
