John Grimes is a Managing Director in the Tax Planning Group of JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Corporate Tax Department, where he supports the Asset & Wealth Management business, including the JPMorgan Private Bank. He has particular experience in the areas of partnership taxation and investment funds, including real estate, private equity and hedge funds. Mr. Grimes was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and prior to joining JPMorgan Chase was counsel at White & Case LLP.
