John F. Baughman has built a reputation assisting clients faced with complicated matters and crisis management situations. He has particular expertise in complex cases involving financial fraud and violations of the US securities laws. Frequently, these matters involve overlapping civil, criminal and regulatory actions in a variety of jurisdictions. Through his work on such matters, Mr. Baughman has experience representing clients in cases brought by a wide variety of US regulators.
