John B. Palmer III is a partner in the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner LLP. He received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1977. In addition to his client responsibilities, Mr. Palmer is currently Adjunct Professor, IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, Masters of Tax Program, where he teaches Tax Accounting, and a frequent speaker and author on a wide range of tax issues.
