Jill Hayman has over thirty years of experience with large, complex commercial real estate transactions both in the United States and abroad. She is currently a Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley where she heads a 12-person global legal practice unit which provides direct legal services and supervision of outside counsel with respect to a global Corporate Real Estate portfolio of 23 million square feet in 42 countries. Jill is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Fordham University School of Law where she teaches a course in Real Estate Drafting.
