Jennifer A. Zepralka is the Linda C. Quinn Attorney Fellow in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and serves as a Senior Special Counsel to the Director of the Division of Corporation Finance. In that capacity, Ms. Zepralka advises the Director on a wide range of matters in the Division, including legislative proposals, rulemaking, interpretations and registrant matters. Most recently, she has been involved in coordination of the Commission's Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies, as well as the Division's rulemaking efforts to implement a variety of provisions under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
Prior to joining the staff in November 2009, Ms. Zepralka was a counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in New York, where she focused on corporate and securities law, providing ongoing representation to several public companies and advising public company clients on disclosure and corporate governance issues. She began her legal career in the U.S. Law Group of Allen & Overy in London. She earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1994, and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001.
