Jennifer Mara is the managing partner and majority shareholder of Baldassare & Mara, LLC, a litigation boutique in Newark, New Jersey, where she handles federal and state criminal matters and oversees the firm's business litigation practice. Ms. Mara has significant experience in representing clients in matters involving both criminal and civil components, including antitrust, RICO, and fraud cases. Ms. Mara graduated from Seton Hall Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States Magistrate Judge (now District Judge) for the District of New Jersey.
