Jeff Waddle is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). His current primary areas of responsibility include supporting the services of the OTC derivatives businesses, where he serves as General Counsel of the global trade repositories, and Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of The Warehouse Trust Company, MarkitSERV, and DTCC Deriv/SERV. He serves as General Counsel of other DTCC subsidiaries engaged in data sales, syndicated loans, and mutual funds businesses. He has provided legal support to many of DTCC's other services as well.
Jeff joined the legal department of The Depository Trust Company in 1998. Prior to that, he worked for two different New York law firms, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Richards & O'Neil, where he did work in corporate, securities, banking, derivatives, and mergers and acquisitions matters.
Jeff received his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1990.
