Jeanette Fitzgerald is SVP and General Counsel, at Epsilon. Jeanette advises the Epsilon executive team and manages Epsilon's legal strategy, specifically as it relates to the company's plans to grow its market share in the marketing services industry.
Jeanette served as vice president and assistant general counsel for five years at Alliance Data prior to her role with Epsilon, and was pivotal in Alliance Data's acquisition of Epsilon. At her previous role, Jeannette provided strategic counsel on issues ranging from intellectual property to M&A activity. She began her career at EW Blanch, a leading re-insurance broker, where she oversaw contracts and M&A activity, and served as general corporate counsel.
