Jean Pierre Zarouk is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking of Lazard Brazil.
He co-founded Signatura Lazard in 2004, and was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the firm until its integration into Lazard in 2012.
Prior to establishing Signatura Lazard, Mr. Zarouk was a Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Banking and member of the Management Committee of ING Bank in Brazil, where he worked for seven years. Mr. Zarouk also worked at Banco Patrimônio de Investimentos in the M&A department and at The Dow Chemical Company, both at the Corporate Treasury in Midland, USA and in Brazil.
Mr. Zarouk is a graduate of EAESP - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, B.A. and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania,M.B.A.
