Jean Michel is a partner with Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets.
He obtained his JD from Universidad Iberoamericana, and obtained his LL.M from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Enriquez worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
He recently advised Grupo Modelo, in the company's acquisition by Anheuser-Busch Inbev. This deal is the single largest acquisition in Mexico's history.
