Mr. Levin is a partner in the Chicago office of DLA Piper LLP (US) with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Levin concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and commercial law; acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and intellectual property; advising directors and shareholders of privately and publicly held companies; shareholder disputes; licensing of trademarks, copyrights and patents; negotiating and documenting the domestic and international sale of goods and services; and the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
Mr. Levin is a former director of Capri Corp., a software development company, and Strube Celery & Vegetable Co., the largest distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Midwest. Mr. Levin is also a member of the board of the Logan Square Club of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and a past member of the corporate board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
