Jane Brown has been a partner in the Capital Markets Group at Linklaters LLP since 1992. Her practice covers a wide range of international securities work, including advising underwriters and issuers primarily on issues of debt and equity-linked securities. She regularly advises a number of high-profile UK issuers on all aspects of their capital markets activities as well as acting on securities transactions for public and private sector issuers throughout Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
