James T. Parkinson is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Mayer Brown, focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, in particular the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Jamie counsels clients on the development of anti-corruption compliance programs, due diligence of third-party representatives and other potential business partners, diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions, compliance audits and testing, and internal investigations. In addition to his FCPA experience, Jamie has represented numerous individuals and companies in a variety of white collar criminal defense matters, including environmental crimes prosecutions and accounting fraud investigations.
