Jim McQuade practices employment and labor law in the New York office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Jim received his J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he served as Articles Editor for the New York Law School Law Review. Jim received a B.A. degree in economics from Hobart College. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge Roger J. Miner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
