Jack Ewing is Vice President and Corporate Counsel with the Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he concentrates on product development, compliance and distribution issues for traditional and variable life insurance and annuity products. Prior to joining Prudential, Mr. Ewing was an associate in the Philadelphia office of the Dechert law firm, where he specialized in the ERISA, tax and securities law issues of employee benefit plans and executive compensation. He received his B.S. from Rutgers University and his J.D., with highest honors, from Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
