Isaac (Bill") Zimbalist
Prior to returning to the IRS (he spent seven years as a Group Chief in the Reorganization Branch, Office of the Chief Counsel), Bill spent 30 years at Deloitte, most recently as a partner in Washington National Tax, where he specialized in domestic and international reorganizations, incorporations, and liquidations; divisive reorganizations (Section 355); corporate distributions and redemptions; taxable acquisitions and dispositions.
