Howard Scheck is the Chief Accountant for the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement.  He leads the Division's accountants in providing accounting and auditing expertise to teams conducting accounting fraud investigations. Mr. Scheck serves as a liaison with the Office of Chief Accountant and the Division of Corporation Finance regarding accounting enforcement matters and with the Public Accounting Oversight Board's Division of Enforcement regarding auditor enforcement issues.  Mr. Scheck also trains SEC enforcement lawyers and accountants on various financial fraud topics.
