Harvey Woodford is the Director of Corporate Compliance & Ethics for T-Mobile USA, Inc. In this role Harvey leads the company's global compliance and ethics program. He is also responsible for overseeing the company's corporate governance and subsidiary management functions and for supporting the company's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Harvey is a charter member of the company's Diversity Council.
Harvey joined T-Mobile in April 2004. Prior to T-Mobile, Harvey was the general counsel for ICOC, an international nonprofit organization. Before that he was a member of the legal departments of Unocal Corporation and Tosco Corporation where he focused on marketing and sales law for commercial transactions. Prior to Unocal, Harvey was an associate at the law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro where he focused on general commercial law.
Harvey received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle where he majored in International Studies and Economics.
Harvey is an active member of the Northwest Ethics Network and the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics and serves as a judge at the annual Northwest Regional Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl. Harvey is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
