A graduate of Harvard and Columbia law school, he was a partner at major firms in Washington DC and San Diego before he returned to the East Coast three years ago. Harry has published and lectured widely, and is recognized internationally as a leading authority on IP transactions, including domestic and global licensing, outsourcing, systems procurement, strategic collaborations and acquisitions.
