Gregory Messer is a sole practitioner with his office located in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Messer has been practicing in the area of bankruptcy for over 30 years. He represents debtors and creditors and has been a member of the standing panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1980. Mr. Messer received his B.A. degree from Drew University and his J.D. from Albany Law School. He is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy law and practice. He has received numerous awards for his representation of indigent clients and presently serves as a board member and treasurer of the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.
