Gregory J. Wallance

Mr. Wallance served as a member of the Ad Hoc Advisory Group to the U.S. Sentencing Commission on the Organizational Sentencing Guidelines, which recommended changes to the criteria for an effective corporate compliance program that qualify a company for lenient treatment under the OSG. Mr. Wallance has represented major U.S. companies in FCPA matters, including in the U.N. Oil for Food investigations and proceedings. He is the editor of the PLI Deskbook on Internal Investigations, Corporate Compliance and White Collar Issues. He co-founded and, for many years, acted as Co-Chair of the Practicing Law Institute's corporate compliance programs.
