Grace E. O'Hanlon

Grace O’Hanlon is a program attorney who primarily specializes in Corporate and Securities programs, and also covers Broadband and  Cable law and Health Care programs. Grace practiced for seven years as a litigation associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.  While at Kramer, she completed an externship at South Brooklyn Legal Services, Housing Unit, taught Constitutional and Criminal Law to New York City High School public school students, and assisted pro-bono clients in asylum, divorce and habeas cases.  She graduated cum laude from New York Law School, where she served as an articles editor of New York Law School’s Law Review.  Grace is a member of the New York Bar.
