Work History
Gail Zarick is the Site IP Counsel for IBM's headquarters research lab, the IBM TJ Watson Research Center. She manages a team of attorneys, agents and administrators who provide IP support for over 2000 Researchers in US and overseas labs and for Corporate clients. Gail provides intellectual property law advice and counsel in a range of areas including patent preparation and prosecution, joint development activities, licensing, assignment of IP assets, contract review, and open source software reviews.
