Gabrielle Butcher is a Mayer Brown litigation associate in Washington, D.C. and member of the firm’s Electronic Discovery and Records Management Practice, whose expertise in ESI review and production issues is a natural outgrowth of her antitrust and securities enforcement practice. She has presented at several CLEs and seminars on e-discovery issues, with particular emphasis on electronic review and production, privilege, and spoliation issues. Ms. Butcher also has experience in counseling clients regarding document retention policies and protocols.
