Frank R. Jimenez

Frank Jimenez is General Counsel, Secretary and Managing Director, Government Affairs of Bunge Limited. He joined the company in July 2012. Previously, Mr. Jimenez was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Xylem Inc., the S&P 500 global water technology company spun off from ITT Corporation in 2011. He joined ITT in 2009 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to ITT, he served for nearly three years as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy in the Bush and Obama administrations. He has held a variety of other positions in government, including Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff and Acting General Counsel to Governor Jeb Bush of Florida. Mr. Jimenez previously practiced law as a partner at Steel Hector and Davis LLP (now Squire Sanders LLP) in Miami, Florida. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College and a B.S. from the University of Miami.
