Frank Lopez is employed by CenturyLink as Associate General Counsel and Director of Ethics & Compliance. Frank's responsibilities include supervision of the company's Ethics & Compliance program, including, the company's helpline, compliance policies and processes, compliance training and compliance monitoring. Prior to joining the company, Frank was employed as a federal prosecutor, a state prosecutor, and with a major Colorado law firm as a civil litigator, specializing in employment law. Frank graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, where he graduated magna cum laude, having majored in accounting.
