Frank Geovannello provides compliance services for several Altria companies, including assistance with compliance risk assessments, development and execution of compliance plans, creation and revision of policies and procedures and the development of training. He also works closely with company compliance officers and collaborates with senior-level executives to develop briefings to the Board of Directors. He is also responsible for maintaining relationships with national and regional compliance organizations.
Frank is passionate about sharing and learning from other compliance professionals. In August 2011, his article Compliance and Social Media was published in the Compliance & Ethics Professional Magazine. He also has spoken at Ethics & Compliance Officer Association conferences and at Conference Board meetings.
During his 17 years with Altria, Frank has held positions in the Records Management, Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Affairs and Marketing departments. Prior to joining Altria, Frank worked in the advertising field in New York City.
Frank holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, a Graduate Certificate in Business Ethics from Bentley University's Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business and is a candidate for a Master of Human Resources Management at the University of Richmond. He also has obtained the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics' Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
