Eric Wooley is a Director in Citi's Equity Capital Markets Group in New York. Within the Equity Capital Markets group he works on the Syndicate desk which has primary responsibility for executing equity offerings. Prior to joining the Syndicate Desk, Mr. Wooley was part of the Citi's Transaction Advisory Group (a specialized resource within equity capital markets to structure complex equity transactions and Internal Investment Banking Counsel at Citi. Before joining Citi, Mr. Wooley was a corporate finance associate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, New York for five years and before that served as a submarine officer and an intelligence officer in the US Navy for eight years. Mr. Wooley earned a JD/M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma.
