Eric Williams is a manager in Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice with over 8 years experience in areas of expertise such as: litigation, FCPA, bankruptcy accounting, auditing and other advisory services. Eric is a member of the Transaction Forensics group within FIDS (including purchase price disputes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-corruption due diligence, private equity anti-corruption compliance, transaction fraud and forensic due diligence). Eric specializes in purchase price disputes and transaction fraud and forensic due diligence.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
Eric has managed arbitration engagements both as an independent arbitrator and as an accounting expert for a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, energy, distribution, healthcare and technology.
Eric is also an experienced fraud investigator, specializing in occupational and financial statement fraud, having managed engagements in the energy, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Eric is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
