ERIC A. KREUTER
Dr. Kreuter is Partner-In-Charge of the NYC office of BST Advisory Network, LLC and Partner - BST Valuation & Litigation Advisors, LLC, Albany and New York City. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Texas, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified in Financial Management (CFM), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA), a Fellow and Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accountants (FECFEI) and (DABFA), and a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). Dr. Kreuter has memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American College of Forensic Examiners International, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Dr. Kreuter serves on the American Board of Forensic Accounting - American College of Forensic Examiners International, the Editorial Advisory Board - American College of Forensic Examiners International and is a member of the Board of Directors and past President of Hermandad, Inc. (non-profit NGO - Dominican Republic).
Dr. Kreuter is a graduate of Manhattan College (1981), Bronx, New York - Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a graduate of Long Island University (1990), Long Island, New York - Masters in Industrial Psychology, and a graduate of Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center (now Saybrook University) (2006), San Francisco, California - Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Kreuter provides services as a consultant and/or testifying expert in civil litigation matters, involving economic damage assessment for lost profits; business interruption; breach of contract; professional malpractice; wrongful discharge, fraud; employee embezzlement; construction delay claims; and others. He has experience in many phases of consulting within the construction industry, including auditing, claim preparation, litigation support, and human resource management. He has qualified as a damage expert and has provided testimony in support of findings in jury, non-jury and arbitration proceedings. He is experienced in providing deposition as well as in-court testimony, including Federal District Court, various state courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the American Arbitration Association. He also conducts operational assessments leading to recommendations for improvements in organizational efficiency.
Dr. Kreuter has published books, book chapters and numerous articles on a variety of subjects. He has presented professional topics at local and national conferences.
