Ellisa Taylor is Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Cardinal Health. Taylor began her career at Cardinal Health in 2000 and her role has expanded to include primary responsibility for information technology transactions and strategies across all lines of business for the company.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Taylor served as Assistant Vice President and Counsel for a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase where she was responsible for business process outsourcing, information technology and general business transactions.
Taylor co-authored "Renegotiating Supplier Contracts to Bring New Value to the Client" which was published in the March 2012 edition of the ACC Docket.
Taylor received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her juris doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law.
