Elizabeth Shampnoi focuses on identifying emerging issues and trends, developing innovative strategic business initiatives and preparing tactical responses to market developments. Ms. Shampnoi is also responsible for building and strengthening relationships between law firms, companies, associations, government agencies and Navigant's professionals. Utilizing her experience as an attorney, Ms. Shampnoi advises clients in the selection of experts and consultants in litigation, investigation, regulatory and valuation matters.

Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Shampnoi was an attorney at the law firm Storch Amini & Munves PC. Her primary areas of practice included complex commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. She has represented individuals, partnerships, corporations and educational institutions concerning disputes involving a variety of issues and industries, including breach of contract, defamation, misappropriation, trademark infringement, fraud, real estate, factoring, entertainment and transportation. Ms. Shampnoi's practice also involved the drafting and negotiating of various types of agreements, including confidentiality, non-compete, non-disclosure and employment agreements as well as domestic and international dispute resolution clauses.

Prior to joining Storch Amini & Munves PC, Ms. Shampnoi was the District Vice President of the New York region of the American Arbitration Association for several years. In that role, Ms. Shampnoi advised advocates, in-house counsel and neutrals concerning all procedural and substantive aspects of domestic and international alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Shampnoi has spoken extensively on the subject of alternative dispute resolution, conducted arbitration and mediation training seminars and published several articles.
