Elizabeth Cronin is the Director of Legal Affairs at the Second Circuit overseeing the Staff Attorneys' Office which includes the immigration unit, and Office of Staff Counsel (CAMP). The Immigration Unit handles all of the asylum-related appeals in the Court and includes withholding of removal and CAT claims.
